Empowering Social Enterprises in Jordan and Lebanon
Are you a social entrepreneur committed to making a difference? The ASPIRE-VP Programme, implemented by Alfanar with support from the European Regional Development and Protection Programme (RDPP III), is now open for applications!
This programme supports early-stage and growth-stage social enterprises focused on creating decent work, economic opportunities, and improving livelihoods for vulnerable communities, including women, youth, migrants, and refugees in Lebanon and Jordan.
Programme Highlights
SEED Cycle (Early-Stage Enterprises)
- Funding: Up to $15,000.
- Support: 6 months of tailored training on 5 modules, 1:1 business support, and monitoring.
- Focus: Supporting vulnerable communities through training, job placements, or income generation.
SUSTAIN Cycle (Growth-Stage Enterprises)
- Funding: Up to $100,000.
- Support: Up to 2 years of technical and management guidance.
- Opportunities: Regional market exploration and exchange trips.
Eligibility Criteria
- Legally registered in Jordan or Lebanon.
- Operational for at least 2 years with revenue generation.
- Demonstrates measurable social or environmental impact benefiting at least 20 people (SEED) or 50 people (SUSTAIN).
- Addresses SDG 4, SDG 8, SDG 10, or SDG 12.
- Commitment to providing decent jobs and scaling impact.
