A non-profit Jordanian organization (not TTi) is offering the Job Creation Program, designed to empower small and emerging business owners by enhancing their technical and entrepreneurial skills. This program supports business growth, creates new job opportunities for youth, and enables participants to become economically and socially active members of their communities.

Program Benefits: The program aims to assist small and emerging businesses that are focused on growth and job creation for youth. Participants will benefit from:

  • Training and Capacity Building in managing small businesses.
  • Project Proposal Writing.
  • Feasibility Study Development.
  • Non-repayable Grants (funding).
  • Ongoing Mentorship and Guidance.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation to ensure project success.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Applicants must be Jordanian or Syrian nationals (with a valid national ID or UNHCR registration number).
    • Refugee documents must be issued outside the camp.
  • Age: 18-40 years.
  • Must have a clear business idea (production or service-based) or entrepreneurial project, with an explanation of its economic and social impact on the local community.
  • For existing businesses:
    • Must have been in operation for at least 2 years.
    • If registered with the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the business should be no older than 3 years.
  • Must commit to attending advanced training in managing small businesses.
  • Must successfully complete all assessments during the program.
  • Must successfully complete the feasibility study with the project team during the program.

Supporting Enterprises in All Phases: The program is designed to support businesses in the ideation, micro, and small enterprise phases.
