Education for Employment-Jordan,EFE-Jordan,is a locally registered non-profit organization established in 2006 that leads a national initiative to create economic opportunities for unemployed youth across the Kingdom. Our approach begins with an extensive labor market analysis that focuses on building partnerships with private sector companies throughout Jordan – from global multinationals to local small and medium-sized enterprises,SME,– to identify hiring needs and the skills required to perform their jobs.
