Stars of Science Season 18 – Applications Now Open
Stars of Science, Qatar Foundation’s flagship innovation and entrepreneurship TV program, is now accepting applications for its 18th season, offering young Arab innovators a unique opportunity to transform their ideas into impactful ventures.
For over 17 seasons, the program has supported more than 160 innovators from across the Arab world, helping them develop groundbreaking solutions in science, technology, engineering, and innovation while gaining regional and international exposure.
Who Can Apply?
The opportunity is open to:
- Arab nationals or individuals of Arab origin
- Applicants aged 18–35 years (as of 5 May 2026)
- Arabic speakers (colloquial or formal Arabic)
- Innovators with original ideas that can create meaningful impact locally, regionally, or globally
- Individuals able to travel to Doha, Qatar during the program stages
What Participants Will Receive
Selected innovators will benefit from:
- Participation in one of the Arab world’s leading innovation and entrepreneurship competitions
- Expert mentorship from leading scientists, engineers, entrepreneurs, and industry specialists
- Support to develop and validate innovative solutions and prototypes
- Regional and international exposure through the Stars of Science platform
- Opportunity to access equity investment and funding support
- Fast-tracked entry into the Qatar Science & Technology Park (QSTP) incubation program
- Access to prototyping facilities, legal support, business mentoring, and Qatar’s innovation ecosystem
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be between 18 and 35 years old
- Hold a valid passport expiring no earlier than 31 March 2027
- Be available to travel to Doha, Qatar during the program period
- Be willing to relocate to Doha if selected for the incubation stage
