In a world driven by rapid digital transformation, innovation has become a key force in building a more inclusive and sustainable future. The “Inspiring Change” Award aims to create a positive and lasting impact by recognizing outstanding women leaders in the technology sector who are driving innovation and empowering communities through digital solutions.

The award celebrates startups that leverage technology to address social and environmental challenges while contributing to sustainable development.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

1. The applicant must be a founder or co-founder (holding at least 50% ownership), a CEO, or a senior executive leader in an active startup.

2. Women must represent at least 25% of the startup team.

3. The company must be registered in Jordan.

4. The startup’s work must:

   • Contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

   • Demonstrate scalability and sustainability

   • Be innovative and competitive

   • Be digitally driven

   • Create social and environmental impact

Awards

Selected winners will receive the following prizes:

• First Prize: 3,000 JOD

• Second Prize: 2,000 JOD

• Third Prize: 1,000 JOD

• Sustainability Solutions Award: 2,000 JOD
