The Jordan Society for Scientific Research was established in 1999 and is registered at the Ministry of Culture as an educational non-profit society. The main objectives of JSSR are public education and dissemination of information to enhance awareness of the significance of scientific research; participation in any activity involved with the establishment of regulations related to scientific research, education, and higher education; establishment of mechanisms for supporting scientific research and to enhance collaboration between scientific institutions, economic forums, and business people.
