The Green SMEs Capacity-Building Program (GAIN) is designed to strengthen the competitiveness of green and circular SMEs in Jordan by supporting them to build stronger, more sustainable, and market-ready business models.
Through a structured capacity-building journey, selected SMEs will receive specialized support tailored to their business needs and growth stage.
What Does the Program Offer?
Selected SMEs will benefit from:
- Specialized training and capacity-building
- Business model diagnostics and needs assessment
- One-to-one mentoring
- Tailored technical and business advisory services
- Support based on the Green & Circular Business Model Canvas (BMC++)
- Guidance to strengthen financial and business readiness
- Support to integrate green and circular economy principles into their business models
By the end of the program, participating SMEs will be better positioned to engage with future market, financing, and ecosystem opportunities while contributing to the growth of Jordan’s green economy.
Who Can Apply?
The program is open to Jordanian SMEs that:
- Are legally registered in Jordan
- Have been operational for at least three years
- Offer green products or services or seeking to transition toward a greener and more sustainable business model
Women- and youth-led enterprises are strongly encouraged to apply.
Jordan Green Business Hub
The Jordan Green Business Hub is a national digital platform being developed to strengthen connectivity, visibility, and collaboration across Jordan’s green business ecosystem.
The Hub will connect green SMEs with key ecosystem stakeholders, including:
- Business support organizations
- Experts and consultants
- Financial institutions
- Academic institutions
- Development partners
- Other actors supporting green and sustainable business growth
Selected SMEs will become part of the Green Businesses Circle and receive one year of free access to the Jordan Green Business Hub.
Through the Hub, participating SMEs will have opportunities to:
- Increase their business visibility
- Showcase their green products, services, and solutions
- Connect with relevant ecosystem stakeholders
- Explore regional and international market opportunities
- Build stronger networks within Jordan’s green economy ecosystem
